Posting Schedules
Subscribers will receive a monthly update around the beginning of the month featuring listing of events. Subsequently, weekly updates will be sent on the 10th, 17th and 24th of each month. These might feature additional events, not featured in the monthly update. Additional e-mails announcing events of special interest may also be sent separately at any time during the month.
Subscription Charges
For the first few months, beginning May 2005, subscription to the Red Fort is on a trial basis and free of cost. Subsequently, a nominal subscription fee will be charged for subscribing to the newsletter.

Listing Charges
Listing is free of cost, and any organisation / individual can send in a listing. However, if you would like us to announce your event exclusively in a separate email, a small fee would be charged for that. In case you have such a query, contact redfort@redearthindia.com

While we will make all efforts on our part to provide correct and reliable information, we do not vouch for the accuracy of the information of listings featured in the newsletter. Subscribers are advised to confirm the event details from other sources or from the contact information provided for the event, if any; to avoid inconvenience. All events are subject to change, cancellation and postponement.
If a party which has listed its events with us wishes to inform the subscribers about the change / cancellation of the same, they may send us an e-mail informing us of the same. While we will try to do our best in conveying this information to the subscriber in time, we cannot assure to undertake this, especially in, but not limited to, cases of last minute schedule changes. Subscribers also agree to be understanding in this regard.
Organisations / individuals sending us listings should make sure that the information they provide is correct and reliable. In rare cases, it might happen that incorrect information is provided to the subscribers, due to a fault on behalf of Red Earth. Subscribers and those listing events with us agree not to make such occurrences a source of dispute. If you notice a discrepancy in the information being provided in an edition of the newsletter, please bring it to our notice immediately, and we will see if the same can be rectified via an erratum.
Red Earth will not be held liable for any damage, loss, inconvenience that either our subscribers or those who list their events with us face on account of false, inaccurate, misleading or partial information. In addition, we will not entertain any correspondence towards inquiries for details of particular events. If the subscriber needs more details, they may contact the event organizer, if the details for the same are provided.
Red Earth reserves the right to reject any event listing on account of it being unsuitable for the newsletter on any count, or for quality control.
