Anjali Gera Roy

Anjali is Professor of English in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (India). She has specialised in post-colonial studies and published several articles in the area. She has also authored a book on the oral-written interface in Nigerian fiction and edited special issues of reputed journals on New Directions in African Writing and Postcolonial Translation.   Her current interests are Bhangra, Partition, and diasporic fiction and film. Himanshu Verma

Himanshu is a freelance researcher and writer . His research interests are gender and sexuality, modernity and popular culture. He has also written for various publications on other aspects of culture, notably music. He is the Director of Red Earth and is also an Arts Facilitator and Curator. Jessie F. McComb

Jessie F. McComb an Art Historian and researcher, recently completed a Fulbright Fellowship in New Delhi, India where she examined the ramifications of modernization and the global market on traditional and folk arts and crafts. She has also researched Contemporary Indian Art and Culture on a grant from the Henry Luce Foundation.
